By winning the tournament, the team has now secured an automatic bid to the 16U AAU Nationals. Congrats to the kids and coaches for a job well done! They are now in the process of preparing for their 2nd tournament scheduled in Knoxville, TN. |

16U AAU Boys Get Automatic Bid to 16U Nationals |

Spring Charlotte Nets AAU Program Updates |
- 8U-D - Brian/Manquel and team competed in their first tournament this past weekend during Pool Play. Although they went 0 - 2, the valuable game experience learned against stiff competition were much needed for the team and allowed them to get their feet wet. Development and skill sessions will continue as they prepare for the State Finals. Congrats to all of the kids and coaches for a job well done!
- 8U-C - Maseo/Anthony and team got their 1st win and went 1 and 1 this weekend during Pool Play (with the loss being by only 2 pts). Now that the ceiling has been broken, the team is now an experience team and in preparation for the State Finals. Congrats to all of the kids and coaches for a job well done!
- 9U - Chris and team are preparing for their 2nd tournament (dates and location to be shared later)
- 14U - Walt and Darryl and team are preparing for their 2nd tournament (dates and location to be shared later)
- 14U Girls - Norbert and team have concluded tryouts and are now in the process of preparing for their first tournament (dates and location to be shared later)
- 15U Girls - Shawn and team are now in the process of preparing for their 2nd tournament (dates and location to be shared later)
- 15U - Pearl (with Mase and Kenny's help) are preparing for their first tournament - Phoenix South, Charlotte, NC.
